Closure of Registration and Abstract Submission for CeNeuro

We have now closed registration and abstract submission for the International CeNeuro meeting.

Abstract Guidelines

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Oral Deadline: April 30th

Poster Deadline: April 30th

First create your account on the ScienceConf platform, if you don't have an account yet. 
This account can be used to submit communications to the CeNeuro and/or European Meetings.
Note that the ScienceConf platform is distinct from the Meeting registration platform.

Then, before beginning your abstract submission, please collect the following:

  • Title
  • Presenting authors contact information and affiliation
  • Co-Authors names and affiliations
  • Relevant Topic section(s)
  • Choose "type" of communication, i.e., Poster or Oral presentation

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  • Only create one ScienceConf account for abstract submission even if you attend both meetings
  • To begin your submission, log into your account through the CeNeuro website (not the general Scienceconf.org website), and use the "MY SPACE" drop-down menu on the right-hand side
  • 500 word limit
  • Include all authors and affiliations in submission, including the submitting author, any co-authors, and Principal Investigator/Lab Head
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English with spelling and grammar of a quality suitable for presentation
  • All submissions willd be printe the exact way they are submitted

Review Procedures:

  • All submittals are reviewed by the conference program committee
  • Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered
  • Any oral submissions not chosen for an oral presentation will receive a poster presentation
  • Authors will be notified of the abstract acceptance/rejection as soon as possible.
